This includes the development of digital strategy, new business operating models, productivity improvement and mobile and technology enablement.

Having worked with major global corporations and government agencies, Chris has extensive experience in the areas of corporate and IT strategy, business planning and technology driven transformational change.Prior to joining PwC, Chris was the CEO of a private equity owned print and communications service provider where he defined and oversaw the implementation of a major transformation program to digitise their end-to-end supply chain. He has also Chief Executive roles with EDS Australia and New Zealand (the second largest IT services provider in this region before it was acquired by HP) and A. T. Kearney.

Notably, he lead the delivery of Oracle’s mobile content and service delivery platform proposition in Europe and Asia. Meeting a key challenge of balancing the latest technology advancements with the pragmatism required to address economies in different stages of maturity, he architected a custom solution into 10 countries, gaining 45 million subscribers, operating in many different languages and currencies.Advising technology owners on what business models will be profitable in these environments is one of Trent’s great strengths.
